What is Wing with SUP Board?

This is the very first basic step in learning Wingfoil.

Practicing with the Wing while standing on a larger, more stable SUP board (compared to a Wingfoil board) makes it easier to balance. This allows you to focus completely on mastering the Wing's control without having to worry excessively about stability.

While this skill is a core component of our 8-hour Wingfoil course, you can also rent the Wing and SUP equipment specifically to practice and improve this foundational skill on your own.
